Browse Gifts by Age: Babies to Young Adults
Every guide on this site is filed under an age band, from babies through young adults, because what lands for a 3-year-old and what lands for a 15-year-old have almost nothing in common. Our most fully built-out pages are Kids 5-8, Tweens 8-12, and Teens 13-17 — the stretch where interests get specific and gifts either land hard or miss completely. If your grandkid is right on a border between two bands, check both; most of our picks work across a two-to-three-year span, not just one exact age. Not sure where to start? The Gift Finder can match age with interest and budget all at once.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if my grandchild is right between two age bands?
Check both neighboring pages — our age bands are guidelines, not hard cutoffs, and most individual guides list a specific age range (like 8-12) that already spans more than one band. A gift built for the top of one band often works for the bottom of the next.
Do you have guides for every single age?
Many ages get their own dedicated guide (we have separate pages for ages 2 through 13, for example), and those live inside the matching age band here. Ages without a dedicated guide yet are still covered by the broader band guide for that stage.
